Ingredients for 8/9 people
Striped maccheroncini 1kg, Mamma Mia sauce 2 jars, Provola cheese or fresh mozzarella 250 g, Grated Parmigiano Reggiano 250g, Olive Oil 200 ml, salt 60 gr

Choose a short striped cut of pasta. Cook it in boiling and salted water. Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the cooking time indicated on the package, so that it will be “al dente”. While it’s still cooking, heat Mamma Mia sauce up in a pan.
